She took her time explaining the sizes of units, prices, hours, the amazing new lock system(so I didn't not have to worry about my stuff being stolen), and then proceeded to walk me through every step to make sure that I knew how to use my new storage unit. I don't even have experiences like that in high end, designer clothing stores! Thank you Dawn for making my first storage experience a good one. I think they should have bought it because the units are supposed to be secure. I don't think they even looked at the camera footage. But 1 complaint in 4 years is still pretty good.

I spoke with Troy yesterday to reserve a storage unit for my family and I. Troy had 10 star customer service! He answered all of the questions I had, he was professional, kind, respectful, I also had two screaming kiddos in the background while we were on the phone and he had so much patience with me during our phone call!! my hubby and I share a vehicle and have two little kiddos so I was trying to figure out how I would get to the facility before they closed to do our move in, Troy was able to go above and beyond and let me know that it was no problem that we could do it all online!!
