They are not open to go to your unit 24 hours but I don't know why you would in Portland, in 2024. Because of this it clean and you can go from 6am to 9pm. That's good hours for getting to your stuff, you all know it? a pleasure doing business there

Absolutely wonderful. I was able to take advantage of the 3 months 1/2 price discount. The manager, Amanda, and her assistants were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions directly. I rented a 10 x 30 outside access with roll-up door. It was clean and easily accessible to moving trucks. All the paperwork was sent via text and email to me. Once I filled everything out, I sent back through their automated system. I got the unit #, the gate code and the paid invoice showing that the auto debit was in place. An excellent experience all around and recently my car battery went dead and I got stuck inside the gates. Amanda was gracious enough not to charge me for not making it out by 9pm… we were able to push car out when she opened the gate…once battery was replaced in key fob I was good to go.

The management of Trojan storage helped us get a unit fast and hassle free.place is clean.and no bull going on around it.no People hitting you up for anything.are last public storage was a night mare.rude and non helpful employee's, camps right outside gate.trash inside and out in parking lot. And to top it of an employee broke into our unit and stole half the unit.they drilled out our lock 4 days early. Plus went into it because the lock they drilled out was left on a box half way into our unit.then put one of there locks on it.so talk about telling on themselves. So it's like night and day between theses two places. If you want your stuff safe and away from harm.stay away from public storage 117th. Thanks again Trojan for making this move so much easier. The absolute best experience I've had when renting a storage unit was this place. The manager Amanda is AWESOME! Professional, friendly and funny she made sure to cover everything that we needed to know all AFTER HOURS! We rented the unit online one day but didn't decide to get a U-Haul and load it up another day spur of the moment but when we got to the location at around 630(office hours are until 430) and was looking for our email that had the gate access code that's when I read that before we can access our unit we have to come in during business hours to verify our ID and other things. I was stressed out because the U-Haul was supposed to be back first thing in the morning. My friend suggested we just knock on the off chance someone was their and low and behold she answered we told her our situation and she was awesome enough to open the door and let us in so we could get in our unit!!! She's the best! As for the property it's very secure, clean and well laid out. Just know though that the road that it's on is a very long dead end road that is full of people living out of their cars and RVs and it's located on the end. That was a work at first but she assured us they haven't caused any issues and once we looked around our minds were put to ease. If you want a great experience FOR ONCE getting a storage unit I highly suggest this is the place you go. Thanks so much Amanda

The property is kept spotless and fully secured with security cameras as well as management that lives on-site. That manager is Amanda. I drove up here from Eugene to move a friend's items into storage. I dealt with storage units before and this one was the simplest one yet. It was easy to get to right off of 205, on the dead end road, and it's clean as a whistle. Not a gum wrapper anywhere. Amanda was very helpful and informative and made the transition easy for me. There's plenty of room to turn on truck with a long trailer around. I wish the places that I dealt with in the past were similar but they just are not. You know they're hard to get around in or difficult logistically. This was simple in and out and clean

Amanda was amazing! I was trying to decide between Trojan and ACME. Trojan was a no brainer because of the customer service. She went above and beyond and had an awesome attitude. Despite the homeless in the area, they keep them away and the facility clean. Facility looks clean and in very good condition. I can't speak highly enough of Amanda and her team here. Thank you!!!!

I rented from online and had no issues in doing so, which I am very happy about. If a person has to rent a storage then obviously life is due to change in some way so the lack of stress was perfect. Once I got to the facility to actually check in, I at first had a couple problems BUT that was not at the responsibility of the company, but instead was due to my own acts, so really as far as Trojan Storage Company themselves, I have no complaints and the on site manager, Amanda was awesome!!!! Her very first words to me helped me to immediately relax and feel welcome. She was very detailed about what I needed to know as a customer there and had a really good sense of humor. Very down to earth. Thank you so much Amanda! The unit itself is way bigger than I thought which is a plus and very clean. I'm very happy with my choice in using this company and facility.
