I like that it was clean and new so you would think they would have plenty of dollies and flat bed hand trucks available at both entrances. They only had 1 for a total of 2 for all the units. They were ALWAYS being used or I had to search through the building to find one that someone randomly left wherever. I asked staff ( who was always nice ) about ordering more. Message received but they could never produce. I don’t know about what you think, but a dolly and especially a flatbed takes up alot of space in a vehicle. Yes, I could have gone to buy myself one but you would think this is a normal request at a storage unit. I was there for approximately four months at least once a week shuffling leather in and out on my own homemade piece of cardboard with a rope. When I realized I wasn’t going to get any type of hand trucks , I had to move from the 2nd floor down to the level floor. Finally after 4 months of this I moved out. Both of the entrances are in the sun at the hottest part of the day, which was always a struggle for me. But the dolly issue was the deal breaker. The elevators are slow and annoying. Sorry, but newer is not better.
