Overall I’m happy with my experience with Trojan storage..I really appreciate that they provided a move in promotion discounted at 75% off for the first four months. That was very helpful for my situation and I grabbed the opportunity. The hours are average but what was most important to me was the overall security of my unit. I’ve never felt so safe and protected when it comes to the safety of my belongings. The facility seems to have been built with security being the main priority which is very apparent. Clean and well kept. Staff is great. The only concern I have is the lack of communication regarding fees without any prior warning. I read someone stating that prices increased dramatically very early on. I hope that is not the case, but I will update my review if there are any changes.

Rachelle was always bright, nice & helpful. Enjoyed renting & the customer service provided. Units were spotless & like new!

This is the storage facility of the future! Everything is controlled in the app, although they do have fobs available. You don’t even need to bring your own lock. You can even give access (long or short term) to others through the app - no key or code required! The facility is beautiful and clean, and rates are super reasonable. Lachelle helped me set up my account, and was so friendly, knowledgable, and fantastic. I’ve had a couple different storage units through the years, and I wish they had all been this well thought out. The future is now!

I love that storage locks can be managed through your phone and not padlocks. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to my friends.
